The aim of the event is to gather the students around the world to share opinions and information regarding Regional Impact of Covid-19, enjoy casual conversations, learn from each other and make friends through independent activities.

Within framework of this event, the kick off meeting was organized on April 8th via Zoom. The undergraduate and graduate students from Germany, Denmark, Romania, Georgia, Poland, Tunisia, Indonesia and Japan participated in this zoom meeting. There are 22 students from Mandakh University joined this event. During the meeting, Prof. Naoki Odanaka gave a short presentation on “Infectious diseases and Human Society in Historical Perspective” and it also introduced the details of the program to the participants. The participants were divided into small groups so that they can meet their group members to have conversations, share knowledge and experience during the event. This meant a lot for our students that they can learn from their international peers.

At the closing day on May 27th, group members will present and discuss a 5minute presentation about what they have discovered in their discussions and what they learned from each other during the event.
