Specific activities of the department

The handbooks and textbooks written by our faculties for the accounting program courses such as Fundamental of Accounting, Financial accounting, Cost accounting, Management accounting, Intermediate accounting, Auditing, IFRS Glossary, Financial reporting 1 and 2, Cost and performance management and Financial management, are widely used in the universities and colleges of Mongolia.

All courses taught by lecturers of the department have manuals and exercise books.

• Won 10 gold, 4 silver and 5 bronze medals from the National Olympiad on Accounting which is organized every year by the Mongolian Institute of Certified Public Accountants
• The1^st place winner of from Tax Olympiad online, 2014, 2021 (Lecturers)
• The1^st place winner of from Tax Olympiad online, 2017, 2022 (students)
• The 1^st, 2^nd, and 3^rd place winners from Olympiad on testing future auditors
• Received 1-5^th place regularly from “Who knows Tax Laws of Mongolia?” competition
