• Basic knowledge of humanities, social and natural science, mathematics, physics and information system to be studied compulsory by Bachelor students;
• The knowledge to design electrical engineering circuit;
• The knowledge ofelectro-technics, electronics, mechanics andmeasurement of electricity;
• The knowledge ofelectro-technics materials, safety operation and electrical assembly;
• The knowledge of economics, finance and management;
• The ability to conduct research work within the professional sphere, plan and organize activities
• The ability to read, write and communicate in English or other foreign languages and use the skills in understanding the professional books and system operational instructions;
• The knowledge to draft business correspondence letters and documents

The skills and experience obtained from the program

• Able to provide safe operation of production technology, technical maintenance  and electricity supply of business entity;
•  Able to provide normal operation of electrical system power equipment, station or  sub-station relay-protection, high voltage and automatic devices  ;
• Able to make lighting network and gain the knowledge about electrical machinery and equipment, electric generator, power transformator;
• Able to detect, diagnose, fix, regulate failures or faults in  electrical equipments and devices of the factory;    
• Able to provide normal operation of production and equip with automatic equipments; 
• Able to make a calculation of electric energy saving, organization and efficiency;  
• Able to gain the knowledge of electrical construction drawings and erection mechanism;
• Able to use electro-technics program.
