Within the framework of MoU on cooperation established between Mandakh University and Golomt bank, the Agreement to implement the Work-based Learning Program was signed by Ch.Turbadrakh, Vice-President of Academic Affairs and G.Uyanga, Director of Human Resource Management Division, on September 26, 2023.
The program has been implemented in line with the project on “Work-based learning program for higher education system in Mongolia towards Better Employability of University Graduates (MONGWBL), funded by the European Union. It aims to develop and implement students’ theoretical knowledge into the practical field, enhancing personal and professional skills through work-based learning and work experience.
By participating in the Work-based Learning Program, Mandakh University students will have the opportunity to work in their field of study, earn a salary, accumulate valuable experience, and learn about organizational cultures while they are studying at the university.
Two parties have agreed to organize the opening event of the “Work-based Learning Program” at Mandakh University on September 28th, 2023.
