ISO 9001:2015  Quality management system

Mandakh University has had a close collaboration with SFCS Accrediting body within the framework of MOU established between two institutions and determined its goals and objectives through the discussion by MU colleagues. Based on our colleagues’ proposals and recommendations we have published our manual for ISO 9001: 2015 standards.   

In 2017, our university became the first ISO 9001:2015 implementer among the private universities of Mongolia.

ISO 21001:2018 Educational Organization Management  

Mandakh University made a decision to apply the ISO 21001:2018 Educational Organization Management System in 2018. In order to ensure our capability to satisfy the ISO requirements and criteria, we have performed such work to make some amendments  and changes to the university legal documents, and newly develop documents as well as to publish an ISO 21001: 2018 manual. By satisfying all requirements and criteria, Mandakh University officially received the ISO 21001:2018 Certificate on July 30, 2020 and it became the first university in Mongolia that implemented the ISO 21001:2018 Educational Organization Management System.

Inspirational Company of the World Confederation of Businesses

The award ceremony “THE BIZZ AMEA-2019” hosted by the World Confederation of Businesses was held in Hong-Kong, November 14-15, 2018 under the motto “One world -One award”.  At this event, Mandakh University was announced to receive the award “Inspirational Company” of the World Confederation of Businesses.

Peregrine Global Service

We have a collaboration with Peregrine Global Services LLC, USA to comprehensively evaluate student knowledge by Inbound/Outbound Exam approach. Students at the start of the academic program complete the Inbound Exam. The Outbound Exam is administered to the students at the end of the academic program. By the results of the Outbound Exam, the present school can evaluate its academic service quality and curriculum improvement. We are proud that the growth percentage of the Outbound Exam for 2021-2022, was comparatively high from 15 universities in the 8th ACBSP region.
