Every December, Mandakh University hosts the “Job fair” event aiming at supporting employers and recruiters to fill their company’s open positions, developing cooperation among the organizations and intermediating students to perform their field practice at appropriate places.
The Job Fair-2022 was held on December 16, 2022 at Mandakh University. Over 18 companies have attended the event including Nomin Holdings LLC, Ard Financial Group, Mongolian Association of Certified Tax Consultants NGO, Moore Audit LLC, Minii delguur LLC, Grant Thorthon Audit LLC, Erin International LLC, Capitron Bank, Central express CVS, ChPM LLC, United Financial Solutions Audit LLC, AODE Group, Biguru LLC and Monre insurance company, etc.
The 3rd and 4th year students from Mandakh University actively participated in this Job Fair event with the purpose of learning more about available entities or companies where they can perform their field practice as well as to get a job after earning their university degrees. Totally 301 students have filled in the job application form requested by above mentioned companies.
The meeting with employers was organized during the event to discuss student’s qualifications, skills and attitudes.There was an exchange of opinions and proposals between employers and representatives of Mandakh University on how to improve graduates’ qualifications, skills and attitudes that can be fit for employers’ needs.
