Mandakh University organizes an International Scientific Conference every two years as part of its collaboration in research activities  related to sharing scientific knowledge and experience. The delegation from partner universities is invited to the conference to present their papers and share their experiences.

In May, 2022, the 5th International Scientific Conference was held in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.  Many participants from other countries have gathered for this conference to discuss their scientific/research papers, share new knowledge and information. In the course of the conference, we held a bilateral meeting with a partner university delegation to discuss how to cooperate effectively in the future.

In 2014, Mandakh University joined the ACBSP membership and has been accredited for institution and program.
