• MANDAKH UNIVERSITY was founded  by the initiative of Sandagsuren Budkhuu.  

1996

• Accredited at national level.
• The university held its first graduation ceremony

1998

• Organized the First National Accounting Olympiad of the Mongolian Universities and Colleges
• Won the 1st place in the First National Accounting Olympiad of the Mongolian Universities and Colleges
• The university had its own school campus   

2000

• Opened its branch school in Dundgovi province
• Received an Award “ Reliable Partner of  the Capital”

2001

• Won the 1st   place in the 4th National Accounting Olympiad of the Mongolian Universities and Colleges
• Opened Master degree program

2002

• Won the 1st  place in the 5th  National Accounting Olympiad of the Mongolian Universities and Colleges
• Celebrated the 10th anniversary of the university

2003

• Awarded with a Certificate  “Capital’s best tax payer”
• Honored as “Customer Delight Award”
• First graduation of Master degree students

2005

• Accredited by the Mongolian National Council for Higher Education Accreditation for the second time
• Won the 2nd   place in the 8th National Accounting Olympiad of the Mongolian Universities and Colleges

2006

• Our accounting program has been accredited by the Mongolian National Council for Higher Education Accreditation
• Awarded with a certificate of “National best tax payer organization” from Social Insurance General Office of Mongolia

2007

• Opened Darkhan-Uul branch school
• Winner of the “BEST ENTERPRISE OF THE YEAR” given by Mongolian Business Development Association

2010

• Awarded with an Honored Diploma by the Association of Mongolian Private Universities and Colleges  for the achievement to be “Best univerisity and college”
• Darkhan- Uul branch school has been selected as a “Best management school” in Darkhan- Uul province

2012

• Winner of the Gold medal of the 15 th National Accounting Olympiad of the Mongolian Universities and Colleges
• Celebrated the 20th anniversary of the university

2014

• First accredited for school and program by  the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs, USA (ACBSP) among the Mongolian private universities

2015

• Received a Certificate of “Quality Certified  School of the year 2015” from Mongolian Private Universities and Colleges, and  General Agency for Specialized Inspection

2016

• Darkhan-Uul branch school  team won the 1st place in the National Business Olympiad
• The 1st prize winner of “Tax accounting -2016” online Olympiad
• Won the 2nd place in the Khaan bank Olympiad
• Darkhan-Uul branch school  team won the 2nd place and Headquarter Mandakh University won the 3rd place in the  19 th National Accounting Olympiad of the Mongolian Universities and Colleges

2017

• Mandakh Burtgel University has become first ever university in Mongolia, implemented ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. 
• Received an award the “Best Enterprise in the region of Europe Business Assembly, Oxford, UK
• Organized the 3rd International Scientific Conference “Mandakh-2017” dedicated to the 25th anniversary of Mandakh University  

2018

• Accredited by the Mongolian National Council for Education Accreditation at national level for the 4th time
• Information Technology Department, expanded as a School of Information and Technology, component school of Mandakh University.
• A new school building complex for main campus of Mandakh University has been commissioned in the center of Ulaanbaatar city which contains  modern standards equipped classrooms, office rooms, sport gym, canteen and library
• Honored as the  Best Enterprise of the year 2018 given by the World Confederation of usinesses
• Received an award of  “The most emphasized Creation of the Year” from the Mongolian Libraries Consortium
• Opened Doctoral degree program
• Prof. G. Nanjid, President of Mandakh University has been awarded with  the title of an “Honorary Professor” given by the Academic Council of Europe Business Assembly in Oxford, UK.

2019

• Accounting program for Bachelor degree has been accredited at national level for the third time  and recognized first ever best program by the Mongolian National Council for Education Accreditation
• Winner of the 22 nd National Accounting Olympiad of the Mongolian  Universities and Colleges
• First graduation  of Dual Degree Program, implemented by Mandakh University and OUS Royal Academy of Economics and Technology in Switzerland
• Organized the 4 th  International Scientific Conference “Mandakh-2019”
• Business administration program for Master degree has been accredited by the Mongolian National Council for Education Accreditation

2020

• The first ever ISO 21001:2018 certified as an Implementer of Educational Organization Management System among Mongolian universities and colleges
• Commissioned new school facility C block
• Commissioned new student’s dormitory
• Founded “Mandakh” high school
