Within the framework of the cooperation agreement between Mandakh University and the Governor’s Office of Umnugovi Province, a part-time bachelor’s program in Accounting was implemented to address the shortage of accounting and finance professionals in the local area. As a result, 35 graduates successfully completed the program and received their diplomas and lapel pins on January 19, 2026. A distinctive feature of this program was its blended format, combining both in-person and online learning.
The graduation ceremony was opened by the Governor of Umnugovi Province, N. Enkhbat, and the President of Mandakh University, Prof. G. Nanjid. In their remarks, they emphasized their confidence that improving the availability and quality of accounting and finance professionals in the region would significantly contribute to the province’s future development. They also expressed satisfaction with the initial outcomes of the collaboration, noting that the province has now gained a new cohort of professionally trained accountants obtaining a second specialization.
The Governor and the President presented tuition discount certificates for the master’s program at Mandakh University to 7 graduates who met the required GPA criteria.
After receiving their diplomas and lapel pins, all graduates took an oath to uphold professional ethics, enhance the reputation of their university and profession, and carry out their responsibilities with integrity.
