On May 5, 2025, Mandakh University and the General Executive Agency of Court Decisions (GEACD) signed a cooperation agreement at the agency's headquarters. The agreement aims to jointly prepare qualified professionals for the justice enforcement sector, support career development, and offer capacity-building programs through bachelor’s, master’s, and non-degree training programs.
The primary goal of the agreement is to provide high-quality educational services tailored to the needs of the GEACD and to promote professional development within the organization.
Under the agreement, both parties have agreed to collaborate in the following areas:
Organize discounted training and seminars to develop professional personnel for the GEACD.
Mutual promotion of each other's collaborative initiatives.
Provide support for student internships to help apply theoretical knowledge in practice.
Jointly organize academic conferences, training sessions, seminars, and discussions for students.
Conduct joint research projects and programs as needed.
The signing ceremony was attended by Rector of Mandakh University Prof. G. Nanjid, Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Ch. Turbadrakh, and Cooperation Officer B. Chinbat, alongside Col. G. Tsergiinkhuu, Director of Administrative Management at GEACD, and Lt. Col. T. Unurtuya, Director of Finance, Operations, and Investment Department.
This agreement marks a significant step in fostering cooperation between academia and public service institutions to strengthen Mongolia’s legal and enforcement sector.
