Mandakh University organized its traditional “JOB FAIR-2025” open job fair on April 7, 2025, aimed at supporting employers in recruiting human resources, fostering cooperation between organizations, facilitating student internships, and assisting graduates in securing employment.
This year’s event expanded in scale compared to previous years, attracting participation from 55 enterprises and organizations across various sectors, including:
The fair was officially opened by Professor G. Nanjid, Rector of Mandakh University, who delivered the opening remarks. Also in attendance were Dr. Professor Ch. Turbadrah, Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, and Associate Professor Kh. Nyambayar, Director of the School of Accounting.
The event provided a valuable platform for students and graduates to explore career opportunities and connect directly with potential employers.
At the recent JOB FAIR-2025 event, more than 450 students from levels 3 and 4 of Mandakh University actively participated by submitting applications for open job positions, aiming to secure industrial internships and future employment.
The university’s work-based learning program, implemented through a tripartite agreement between organizations, the university, and students, allows students to complete paid internships and often continue working at the partner organizations after graduation. This program has been successfully running for four consecutive years, providing students with significant practical advantages.
Additionally, a discussion meeting was held between employer representatives, Mandakh University leadership, and academic staff. They addressed critical issues such as students’ knowledge, work skills, attitudes, and meeting the demands of the current job market. The feedback gathered during the meeting will be incorporated into curriculum improvements, underscoring the event’s importance.
Media outlets including SBN, UBS, and Tsenzeur.mn covered the event, providing comprehensive news reports.
