Mandakh University has been implementing its "Support Program for Students with Special Needs" since December 2019, in accordance with Objective 4 of the University's Strategic Plan.
As part of this program, the University has developed the "Guidelines for Students with Special Needs" and the "Guidelines for Faculty and Staff on Providing Services to Students with Special Needs."
The program aims to support students with special needs by providing access to educational and research opportunities, social and healthcare services, accessible infrastructure, and relevant information and resources.

Mandakh University actively engages in humanitarian and charitable initiatives aimed at providing social assistance and supporting vulnerable and disadvantaged groups within the community.
Through volunteer activities and community engagement initiatives, the University seeks to encourage students to participate actively in society and to foster a strong sense of social responsibility, ethical values, and civic engagement.
To achieve these objectives, the University's faculty members, administrative staff, and students organize a variety of volunteer and charitable activities each year, focusing on individuals and communities in need of assistance.

In accordance with Mongolia's Law on Donors, Mandakh University supports humanitarian activities by organizing an annual voluntary blood donation campaign entitled "A Drop of Blood, a Lifetime of Hope."
The campaign is conducted in collaboration with the National Center for Transfusion Medicine and is incorporated into the University's annual activity plan.
The initiative promotes voluntary blood donation and contributes to efforts to save lives through humanitarian action.
