On the occasion of the 25th anniversary of Mandakh Burtgel University, the Department of Foreign Languages has organized 1st seminar on theory and methodology entitled “Teaching development of Professional English among Universities and Institutes” on 25th of March, 2017. In addition, scholars, scientists and lecturers from State and Private Universities were involved in the seminar.
Nanjid.G, professor and director of Mandakh Burtgel University, Turbadrakh.Ch, Ph.D., Deputy Director managing the curriculum, and Enkhtuvshin.S, Deputy Director managing Finance and Development, took part in the opening ceremony.
The director gave an opening address and brief introduction of the University. Furthermore, she noticed that we need to develop together instead of competing one another as well as conveyed her best wishes to all the participants.
Scholars, scientists and lecturers from Universities and Institutes participated in the seminar and exchanged their opinions on teaching development of Professional English, its further development, methodology and teacher’s development.
Participants had good impression of the seminar after taking questionnaire and expressed their willingness to organize next seminar. Lecturers of the Department of Foreign Languages are working on making recommendation using participants’ suggestion and request.
