Main functions of the department

• Develop and implement the cost-effective policy for financial activities of the university as well as provision of material resource of academic and research work activities;
• Make a proposal about the issues of university’s budget, investment, funding as well as wage policy;
• Develop and ensure the implementation of programs to resolve social issues of faculties, staff and students;
• Explore new sources of investment, funding and income of the university;
• Expand domestic and international cooperation of the university in the field of finance and development;
• Organize supply service activities to provide educational and research work equipment and tools
• Ensure healthy and safe work place for university staff.
