The MoU for cooperation between Mandakh University and Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics was on January 14,2020. Within the framework of MoU, two parties will collaborate in various areas, including exchanging experiences among faculty members, collaborating on research activities, and implementing a student exchange program.
