Mandakh University organized its traditional “JOB FAIR–2026” Open Career Day for the 16th consecutive year on April 10, 2026. The event aims to support employers in recruiting human resources, strengthen inter-organizational cooperation, connect students with companies for experience and professional internships, and assist graduates in securing employment.
This year’s event featured a total of 38 companies and organizations, including:
The event was officially opened by the President of Mandakh University, Professor G. Nanjid. Also in attendance were Vice-President for Academic Affairs, Professor Dr. Ch. Turbadrakh, and Director of the School of Accounting, Associate Professor Kh. Nyambayar, who met with company representatives to discuss potential cooperation.
During the event, 3rd and 4th year students of Mandakh University actively participated with the aim of securing internships and employment opportunities. In total, more than 1,300 job application forms were submitted by students (including multiple submissions).
One of the key activities of the event was meeting with employer representatives to openly discuss job requirements, labor market demand, and ways to incorporate employer feedback into improving academic programs.
