From October 26 to 31, 2025, Mandakh University representatives conducted an official visit to its partner institutions in Osaka and Sendai, Japan. Representing Mandakh University were the Vice-President of Academic Affairs, Dr. Ch. Turbadrakh, and Director of the Academic Affairs Office, S. Enkhzaya.
The first visit was to the School of Economics and Management at Tohoku University in Sendai. The meeting included Tohoku University representatives such as Vice-President Prof. Shiro Hioki, Assistant Professor Yu Bai, and Associate Professor Nyun Chi Nia. During the discussions, the parties agreed on the following points:
· Increase the number of students participating in the student exchange program
· Reduce the language requirements for the student exchange program
· Implement a 1+1 MBA program in Business Administration
· Establish a faculty exchange program
The next visit took place at Inline Co., Ltd., located 40 km from Osaka in Kobe. Currently, students from Mandakh University’s Supply Chain and Logistics Management program (Nyamsuren and Khongorzul) are participating in an internship program at the company under contractual arrangements. During the visit, the university representatives met with the students, toured the workplace and on-site dormitory, and discussed further collaboration. The parties agreed on the following:
· Continue internships for Logistics program students
· Arrange one-year internships for students in Mechanical Engineering and Tourism Marketing programs
The visit included Inline Co., Ltd. representatives, including Vice-President Tamuro Tsutomu, Manager Matsumoto Hiroshi, and International Logistics Consultant B. Batsaikhan.
The meetings and discussions in Japan were productive, and both sides agreed to continue strengthening their collaboration in the future.
