“JOB FAIR–2025” Successfully Organized

Mandakh University successfully organized its traditional “JOB FAIR–2025,” an open employment event held for the 15th consecutive year on November 5, 2025. The event aims to support employers in recruiting human resources, strengthen cooperation between organizations, connect students with potential employers, facilitate professional internships, and help graduates secure employment. A total of 38 companies and organizations participated in this year’s fair.

Participating sectors included:
• Finance and banking – 8
• Tax and audit – 9
• Information technology – 5
• Construction and real estate – 3
• Transportation and logistics – 3
• Trade and services – 3
• Others – 6

Dr. Prof. Ch. Turbadrakh, Vice-President of Academic Affairs of Mandakh University, delivered the opening remarks. The opening ceremony was also attended by Dr. Assoc. Prof. O. Burmaa, Director of the Graduate School, and Assoc. Prof. Kh. Nyambayar, Director of the School of Accounting.

Students in their 3rd and 4th years, who are preparing for internships or seeking employment after graduation, actively took part in the fair. More than 470 students submitted application forms for open positions offered by participating employers.

A meeting and discussion session was also held between employer representatives and the university’s leadership and faculty members. The discussion focused on important issues such as students’ current knowledge, practical skills, professional attitudes, and how well they meet industry expectations. Feedback from employers will be reflected in improving academic programs. MNB Television covered the event.
