Mandakh University, in collaboration with the English Language Teachers’ Association of Mongolia and within the framework of the Sustainable Development Goals, successfully hosted the international conference “Transforming Literacy: Innovations in English Language Teaching and Learning” on September 26–28, 2025.
The event brought together over 200 participants from Mongolia, Russia, the United States, South Korea, the United Kingdom, Taiwan, Japan, China, and other countries. Representatives included the Regional English Language Office of the U.S. Embassy in Beijing, the English Teachers’ Association of South Korea, the National Association of English Teachers of Russia, the English Teachers’ Association of Nepal, and experts from Thailand, China, and Japan.
Throughout the three-day program, more than 70 presentations were delivered on topics such as foreign language theory, teaching methodology, and the integration of artificial intelligence into English language instruction.
The conference also featured an exhibition where Mandakh University showcased its academic initiatives to international participants. Global organizations such as Oxford University Press, World of Language, Santis Educational Services, Lingors, and the Evolving Education Institute of Education and Training took part, providing a platform for experience-sharing, strengthening partnerships, and advancing the field toward international standards.
