An essential aspect of the organization is to provide services that meet the needs and requirements of stakeholders. Therefore, it is aimed to identify their needs, interests, suggestions and requirements through the satisfaction survey of stakeholders and provide services that meet their requirements. Satisfaction surveys are a form of indirect evaluation. MU has been conducting stakeholders’ satisfaction surveys more systematically since 2011. This results in a continuous improvement process that incorporates input from stakeholders.
