ACBSP-Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs is the organization to accredit global business schools and programs and it contains more than 1200 member universities from 60 countries. ACBSP is also the first accrediting body to be recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
Mandakh University was accredited by ACBSP for institutions and programs in 2012 and now 13 Mongolian universities and colleges have joined ACBSP membership.
One of the main activities of ACBSP is to provide assessments of student learning outcomes for public and non-public institutions in higher education through third party testing services. Every year Mandakh University prepares students for the assessment exam to measure student progress.
The Outbound Exam is administered to the students at the end of the academic program and it is aimed at evaluating students’ knowledge and skills if they gain any progress. The exam results can be a main key indicator to determine the quality of educational services provided by respective universities and demonstrate how the curriculum improvement has been developed.
According to the exam reports for the academic year of 2021-2022, we can see that the percentage of our students’ learning outcome is higher than other 15 universities of the ACBSP 8th region. About 54 percent of students engaged in the Outbound Exam have received higher scores and have obtained certificates from Peregrine Global Services
