International Case Competition “Case4Success-III”
Mandakh University students have successfully participated in the 3 rd International Case Competition “Case4Success-III”, dedicated to the business and economic students. The competition was organized with two rounds from February 20 th to March 5 th , 2022, online. The first round of the competition was conducted to select the materials from the participants for the next round. Over 40 university teams from other countries were selected to compete in the 2 nd round. The selected teams received the cases from the larger companies of Kazakhstan such as JTI, MARS, Skill box, EFES Kazakhstan, Burger King, Head hunter to solve business cases. Mandakh University team “Knowledge Creators” was given the case from EFES Kazakhstan. The case was addressed to the Improving the merchandising in the distribution channel considering display goods and refrigerator systems in small shops. The team was composed of 5 members including G.Ankhbayar, the 3 rd year student for Finance and management, B.Butenbayar, the 3 rd year student for Accounting and taxation, G.Gereltuya, the 3 rd year student for Bank management, M.Battsetseg, the 3 rd year student for Accounting and Audit and M.Munkhnasan, the 3 rd year student for Accounting and bank In order to make an optimal business solution, our participants have worked out on the following plans. They are as follows: - Facts (analysis on present situation of the shop) - Conclusion - Creative ideas - Further steps The organizing committee of the Case Competition has greatly expressed its deepest appreciation to our students for their creative ideas and optimal business solution.
