The MOU between Eastern Mediterranean University, Northern Cyprus, Turkey and Mandakh Burtgel University, Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia is approved and signed by the two universities.
Both parties are interested in implementing to foster a collaborative framework of this MOU among lecturer, academic staffs and students for professional training activities and carry out joint programs for both bachelor and master degree.
