In 2017, Mandakh University has been awarded with the certificate of ISO 9001:2015 Quality management system satisfying the ISO standards and requirements. As a result of the ISO 9001:2015 implementation, we have gained to be able to improve the connectivity of internal activities of the organization and control the process the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle in a regular basis. It also brought significant result to us that we can see regular improvement of efficiency of our activities.
Based on our experience to be ISO 9001 certified, our university has determined its further goal to implement ISO 21001:2018 Educational Organizations Management System. Within this framework, we worked closely with Indian Register Quality Systems, IRCLASS and performed the implementation of ISO 21001 standards.
Today, we have received the ISO 21001 Certificate, issued by the Certification Body, IRCLASS. The main goal of this ISO 21001 standard is focused on helping educational providers meet students’ requirements and needs as well as to enhance the learner’s satisfaction by improving the educational processes.
Our colleagues are very happy that Mandakh University has become first ever educational organization to implement the ISO 21001:2018 Educational Organizations Management System in Mongolia.
