A commemorative ceremony celebrating the 32nd World Teachers’ Day, the 60th Mongolian Teachers’ Day, and the 34th Teachers’ Day of Mandakh University was held on October 2, 2026.
The ceremony was officially opened by Professor G. Nanjid, President of Mandakh University and Mongolian State Honored Educator.
In her address, Professor G. Nanjid extended his congratulations to all faculty members on Teachers’ Day and highlighted the achievements and successes of the university’s faculty and staff during the past academic year. Shee also noted that a wide range of activities are being planned in preparation for the university’s 35th anniversary in May 2027, and called upon the university community to successfully accomplish all planned activities and celebrate the anniversary with outstanding achievements.
During the ceremony, faculty members were presented with awards from the Government of Mongolia, the Ministry of Education, and professional associations in recognition of their contributions to the education sector.

Dr. B. Enkhzul, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Foreign Languages, was honored with the “Teacher of Distinction” badge awarded by the Association of Private Universities and Colleges.
The following faculty members received the “Outstanding Young Teacher” badge:
As part of the university’s annual tradition, outstanding faculty members who demonstrated exceptional performance and leadership in teaching, research, and creative academic activities during the 2025–2026 academic year were selected and recognized.
Outstanding Researcher: S. Tsolmon, Ph.D., Professor — Department of Economics and Business
Outstanding Teacher: M. Januzakh — Lecturer, Department of Economics and Business
Outstanding Young Teacher: G. Uyanga — Lecturer, Department of Economics and Business
The award recipients were presented with certificates of recognition and monetary prizes.
In addition, the Accounting Department was recognized as the “Outstanding Department” for meeting the established criteria. The department was presented with the rotating “Outstanding Department” trophy and a monetary award.
Mandakh University extends its warmest congratulations to all the honored faculty members and the Accounting Department.
