MANDAKH UNIVERSITY EXPANDS COOPERATION WITH HANSUNG UNIVERSITY OF THE REPUBLIC OF KOREA

Representatives of Mandakh University visited Hansung University in the Republic of Korea on January 26, 2026, and signed an agreement to implement joint undergraduate programs within the framework of previously established cooperation. Under this agreement, the two institutions agreed to implement 2+2 joint programs in Business Administration and Graphic Design, as well as to expand student exchange activities. As a result, students of Mandakh University are now provided with opportunities to study at Hansung University through both the 2+2 program and exchange programs.

On this occasion, a delegation from Hansung University visited Mandakh University on April 16, 2026, and a student exchange cooperation agreement was signed with Mandakh Lyceum High School. The agreement was signed by President Chang Won Lee on behalf of Hansung University and President G. Nanjid on behalf of Mandakh University. Through this program, students of Mandakh Lyceum High School will have the opportunity to enroll in language preparatory courses at Hansung University and subsequently continue their studies by directly entering undergraduate programs.

The event was attended by President Chang Won Lee of Hansung University; Vice-President for International Affairs Ji Hyun Kim; Dean of the School of International and Domestic Relations Moon Kyun Cha; Director of International Programs Il Hwan Kim; and Executive Secretary to the President Junho Kim. From Mandakh University, participants included Prof. PhD. Ch. Turbadrakh, Vice-President for Academic Affairs; PhD. O. Burmaa, Associate Professor and Director of the Graduate School; R. Davaakhuu, Director of Mandakh Lyceum High School; PhD. T. Gankhuyag, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Economics and Business; and B. Chinbat, Relationship Officer.

The two parties agreed to further expand their cooperation in the following areas:

  • Organizing short-term professional development training programs
  • Strengthening the implementation of 2+2 joint programs
  • Enabling Mandakh University students to participate in Hansung University programs through distance (online) learning
  • Supporting and exchanging student startup projects through the startup centers of both universities
  • Conducting joint research and academic collaborations
  • Implementing a 1+1 joint master’s degree program

Both sides agreed that this cooperation represents an important step in elevating their partnership to a new level and expanding collaboration across multiple dimensions.
