Under the MoU on cooperation established between Mandakh University and Golomt bank, the Work-based Learning Program was carried out from October 2023 to March 2024 at Golomt bank. A total of 42 senior students participated in the program, working as full-time staff at Golomt bank and receiving salaries during their tenure. Additionally, they attended international training courses and seminars, and presented performance reports.
Through this program, students had the opportunity to apply their theoretical knowledge in the practical fields, and enhance their practical skills required for the workplace. The 20 credits were equivalent to their transcripts. Participants received certificates from Ms. G.Uyanga, Director of Human Resource Management Division, Ms. D. Oyu, Head of Operations Department, and Mr.Ch.Turbadrakh, Vice-President of Academic Affairs and Ms. B. Sainjargal, Head of Economic and Business Department at Mandakh University.
